Abstract
The results showed that the majority of respondents were aged 18–40 years (36.1%), female (55.8%), and had a junior high school education (26.9%). The majority of respondents (61.5%) had a healthy lifestyle, while 15.4% indicated an unhealthy lifestyle. It can be concluded that the majority of people with hypertension have adopted a relatively healthy lifestyle, but ongoing health education is still needed to prevent complications of hypertension
